Political Strategy Warfare hires researchers, data analysts, communications strategists, field managers and digital operators for campaign and governance mandates. The work is deadline-bound and travel-heavy during election cycles, is governed by the firm's code of ethics, and requires comfort with primary field research rather than desk commentary.
What it is like
The honest version
Deployment, not desk work
Campaign roles mean relocating to the constituency for the engagement. The hours during peak campaign are long and irregular. We say this at the first interview, not the fourth.
Consequences you can see
The analysis you produce on Tuesday changes where a candidate spends Thursday. Very few analytical jobs have a feedback loop that short.
Ethical constraints that bind
You will occasionally be asked by a client to do something we do not do. The answer is no, and you will have the firm behind you when you give it.
Non-partisan as an institution
We work across the spectrum. You are not required to agree with every client, and you are never required to campaign personally.
