ResultsAnd How We Measure Them

Campaign outcomes depend on the candidate, the party, the national environment and events nobody controls. What we commit to is the rigour of the method — and to publishing only what the client has verified.

Short answer

What outcomes does Political Strategy Warfare report?

Political Strategy Warfare reports campaign outcomes at the level the client has verified — vote share movement, booth-level swing, turnout in targeted areas and governance delivery milestones. Unverified or NDA-restricted figures are withheld rather than approximated, so every number published here has been confirmed by the client it belongs to.

How we measure

What we count, and what we don't

Vote share change, not seat count

Seats are lumpy and depend on opposition fragmentation. Vote share movement is the honest measure of whether support actually grew.

Booth-level coverage against target

Contact coverage is a number derived from the margin path, tracked weekly, not a claim about how busy everyone was.

Message recall in target segments

Measured through tracking waves. Reach without recall is spending, not persuasion.

Turnout against per-booth target

Reported hourly on polling day, because a persuaded voter who stays home counts for nothing.

What we will not do

Claims we refuse to make

  • Guarantee an electoral outcome. Anyone who does is selling to you, not advising you.
  • Publish a figure the client has not verified. Unverified metrics are withheld, not estimated.
  • Claim credit for a result the campaign would have achieved anyway.
  • Publish predictions, forecasts or projected seat counts — including on our election calendar.
  • Name a client, candidate or constituency covered by an NDA.

Currently withheld: 16 metrics across published case studies are held back pending client verification. They will appear here when confirmed, and not before.
