These terms govern your use of politicalstrategywarfare.com and the material published on it. They do not govern professional engagements, which are covered by a separate written contract agreed with each client.

Material published on this site — including articles, glossary entries, playbooks, whitepapers and the election calendar — is general information about campaign practice. It is not legal, financial or electoral compliance advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Election law and Election Commission directions change; verify anything you intend to rely on against the current official position.

Our election calendar carries factual schedule information seeded from Election Commission of India public records. It contains no projections, forecasts or predicted outcomes.

Poll dates are set solely by the Election Commission of India. Term-end years indicate when an election is constitutionally due, not when it will be held. We make reasonable efforts to keep entries current but the official Commission position always prevails.

Playbooks, whitepapers and templates are provided for your own use, including within your own campaign or organisation. You may share them internally.

• You may not resell them or present them as your own work.
• You may not remove attribution.
• Downloads require an email address, handled under our privacy policy.

Content, design and code on this site are owned by Political Strategy Warfare unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Systematic copying, scraping for republication, or reproduction of substantial portions requires written permission.

When you submit an enquiry, subscribe, or upload a document, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not submit confidential third-party information, personal data of others, or material you are not authorised to disclose.

Uploaded files are scanned and size-limited. We may decline or delete submissions that appear malicious, unlawful or abusive.

Nothing on this site is a promise of any electoral result. Election outcomes depend on the candidate, the party, the political environment and events outside anyone's control. We commit to the rigour of our work, not to a result.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We link to external sources, including Election Commission resources and media coverage. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
