Political Strategy Warfare was founded to bring evidence-based method to Indian campaigns, which are frequently run on intuition, incumbency and constituency-level averages that describe no actual place. The firm's origin is the argument that the polling booth, not the constituency, is the correct unit of political analysis.

A discipline, not a favour network
The firm was founded on a straightforward observation: Indian campaigns had enormous resources and almost no method. Decisions worth crores were being made on anecdote. We set out to build a practice where every recommendation carried evidence beneath it.
Early years
Booth-level as the unit of analysis
Our first constituency engagements established what became the core of our method — that the constituency is the wrong unit of analysis, and that the booth is the right one. Everything in our intelligence practice follows from that.
Expansion
From single seats to slates
As party-level engagements grew, we built the cluster and central war room models that let a single command maintain genuine visibility across dozens of simultaneous contests.
Digital
The channel that changed everything
WhatsApp reshaped Indian political communication faster than any institution adapted to it. We built a digital practice around consent, disclosure and monitoring — deliberately excluding the tactics that make the channel effective and corrosive at once.
Governance
Winning is the beginning
Clients kept returning after victory with the same question: now what? The governance practice exists because a term in office, documented properly, is the strongest possible campaign asset for the next one.
