Starting position

Where the campaign began

A parliamentary seat with sharply divergent segment behaviour — two urban segments trending one way and four rural segments the other.

The challenge

What made it hard

A single constituency-wide campaign would have been wrong everywhere. The urban segments responded to governance and infrastructure framing; the rural segments to agrarian income and irrigation.

Strategy deployed

What we decided

  1. 01

Each Assembly segment received its own diagnostic, targeting model and message emphasis.

  2. 02

A single core promise held across all six, with segment-specific proof points beneath it.

  3. 03

Central war room maintained visibility across all segments with a common daily reporting pack.

  4. 04

Candidate time was allocated by a model weighting segment competitiveness and remaining persuadable volume.

Execution highlights

What we did

  • Six segment war rooms reporting into one parliamentary command.
  • Content produced in parallel tracks for urban and rural consumption contexts.
  • Weekly tracking waves across segments allowed mid-campaign reallocation twice.
  • GOTV operation with hourly turnout reporting across all 1,840 booths.
