What you will do
- Run the war room and the daily operating rhythm
- Integrate ground, media and digital execution against one theme calendar
- Manage booth committee build and volunteer deployment
- Report campaign state to the candidate clearly and honestly, including bad news
What we need
- Demonstrated campaign or large-scale operations management experience
- Composure under pressure and political judgement
- Ability to relocate to the constituency for the engagement period
Useful, not required
- Prior electoral campaign experience in India
- Multiple regional languages
