What you will do
- Recruit, train and audit field enumeration teams
- Run back-check protocols and enforce data quality standards
- Conduct structured interviews with local stakeholders
- Manage field logistics across constituencies under compressed timelines
What we need
- Experience managing field research or survey operations at scale
- Fluency in Tamil or Hindi plus English
- High tolerance for travel and irregular hours during campaign periods
Useful, not required
- Prior political or social research experience
- Experience with CAPI tools
