What you will do
- Rebuild historical election results at booth level from ECI Form 20 data
- Develop segmentation and turnout propensity models
- Produce scenario models and sensitivity analysis for live campaigns
- Translate model output into recommendations a campaign manager can act on
What we need
- Strong quantitative background with working proficiency in Python or R and SQL
- Demonstrated ability to communicate statistical findings to non-technical decision-makers
- Willingness to travel and to validate models against field reality
Useful, not required
- Familiarity with Indian electoral data sources
- Reading proficiency in Tamil or Hindi
- GIS experience
