What you will do
- Conduct constituency needs assessments
- Design and deploy grievance management systems, and train office staff to run them
- Map scheme convergence opportunities and track sanctioned works
- Produce quarterly public performance reports
What we need
- Background in public policy, development or public administration
- Comfort working directly with government offices and officials
- Strong written English plus a regional language
Useful, not required
- Experience with Indian central and state scheme frameworks
