Granular per-booth intelligence: historical performance, local influencers, worker strength, issue profile and a specific target for polling day.
Short answer
Granular per-booth intelligence: historical performance, local influencers, worker strength, issue profile and a specific target for polling day.
The Challenge
Constituency-level averages hide everything that matters. Two booths with identical demographics can behave completely differently because of a local dispute, a road that was never built, or one worker who stopped turning up.
Our Approach
Form 20 data rebuilt per booth across cycles, showing which booths are reliably ours, reliably theirs, and genuinely contested.
Each booth gets a profile: dominant communities, local issues, influencers, existing worker presence and access logistics.
Booths with no committee, no worker or historic underperformance are flagged as priority build targets.
Every booth is assigned a numeric vote target derived from the constituency-level margin requirement.
Through the campaign, contact coverage and polling-day turnout are tracked against target per booth.

In Practice
Concentrated the entire budget on 96 swing booths instead of the whole constituency.
The party machine had atrophied outside the urban core. Booth committees existed on paper in roughly a third of polling stations, and the previous campaign had spent heavily on visibility in areas that were already voting for it.

A standard Assembly constituency has roughly 250–350 booths and we profile all of them. Lok Sabha seats are handled segment by segment.
